We used Grand Endeavor Homes to build on our property in Bertram. They provided guidance on layout and cost of design changes and helped us stay in budget and get the things that were important to us. Several things in the beginning of the process were frustrating. Pricing on flooring upgrades was less than transparent and ended up adding about 5,000 that I had not intended to spend. The 3 month lag between the time we agreed to everything, provided a deposit, and closed on our loan and the beginning of construction was frustrating. After construction began the Construction Manager did a great job keeping everything on schedule. We were able to move in 2 weeks ahead of the projected completion time. Phil was able to make things look good and maximize functionality within the budget. I tried for a few add ons and he gave me the prices and choices. He was easy to stay in contact with, always answering the phone or returning calls in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I the Grand Endeavor did a great job. The project was done on time and on budget. The house is everything we wanted and we hope that this is our forever home. If something changes and we need to build again I would absolutely us them as the builder again. Dan Woods

This was our first custom home build and we looked at over a dozen custom home builders before ultimately selecting Grand Endeavor Homes. The quality and finish work is really what sold us. It was simply a level above the rest. Grand Endeavor Homes has a detailed and streamlined process. From design to handing over the keys. They have an in house architect if you don’t have plans. The crews they use are very good. Once they broke ground, the house went up quickly! The entire staff was extremely nice and responsive to any inquiries. Our superintendent Brian was a superstar. Our experience with Grand Endeavor was top notch. Everyone we dealt with, from Jimmy in the beginning, to Brian to this day, were professional, caring, and 100% on point. All commitments that were made, were met. Our vision for a custom home was embraced by the entire team and they worked tirelessly to make that vision a reality. Kudos to Brian for working so hard to manage the chaos that is a build site. No shortcuts, no excuses. If it wasn't right, he got it fixed. We felt like we had the A-team on our project and I think the end result proves it.
